Extended Opportunity Programs & Services (EOPS) is a state-funded program designed to help low-income and educationally disadvantaged students gain access to and successfully complete a program of higher education.
Services

- EOPS Grants (must be FA eligible)
- KART passes (must be FA eligible)
- Gas Cards (must be FA eligible)
- Educational Counseling/Advising
- Priority Registration (if criteria is met)
- CSU/UC Application Fee Waivers
Eligibility
To be accepted students must demonstrate:
- Financial Need (CA Promise Grant B)
- Educational Disadvantage
- Enrollment in 12 or more units at time of application (with exceptions)
- Completed no more than 55 degree applicable units
- Completed Education Plan
